Executive Network Associates was formed to assist Human Resource departments with search and placement services for retail and wholesale positions. While this remained our focus early on, our varied expertise made servicing the e-commerce, pharmaceutical and hospitality markets, as well as others, a natural extension of our business. Today, clients are able to take advantage of our extensive candidate network, market contacts and referrals through contingency or retained search agreements.

Executive Network Associates was established in 1990 as a partnership between Pat O'Connor and Jim Schmunk. Originally located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, ENA moved its main office to Farmington, Connecticut and opened satellite offices in New York City and South Carolina.
